- The nose is chock full of roasted black fruits, anise and mineral. Slight hints of beeswax enhance the silky, exotic impression on the nose with an ultra-smooth mouth feel of concentrated blackberry, cassis, and a long, sweet finish complemented by excellent acidity. (the bottle had been open for about 2 hours at this point)
