Winemaker's Notes:

Tasting Notes: We are a family winery, which give us the possibility to adapt to special orders and specific requirements. We enjoy our work and are always available to fulfill custom made orders with particular or personalized characteristics. Percentage Grape: Our own crop of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon-50% Tempranillo, come from 18 year old vines. Soil: Stony Growing Climate: Semi-arid. This zone has a privileged microclimate for horticultural production of vegetables surrounded by forestalls areas provided with a great variety of wildlife Type of Harvest: The harvesting is carried out mechanically, being collected at the optimum moment of ripening. Special attention is dedicated to not lose time in transportation, avoiding completely oxidation and pre-fermentation smells. Vinification Method: Once the grapes enter the wine cellar, we pass them threw a hydraulic press and then directly to the deposits of stainless steel. The temperature is controlled and we stirred the grapes each hour and a half to ensure total homogenization. After the grapes have had their first process in the wine cellar and after carrying out the lactic maceration of the wine, which is in our case it should take a longer time, since they are wines of first quality, the juice is transferred and left to settle, until we obtain a final product clean and without impurities. At 3 months it may be removed, but as these varieties are better for red wines, we transfer them again as many times as necessary. Afterward will expend 12 month in French Oak barrels from Magrenan cask company. Color Intensity: High Bottle Type: High elite Bordeaux type Alcohol Percentage: 13 % PH: 3.73 Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l Total Acidity: 5.5 Free SO2: 26 Cork Material: Natural cork
