Reserva de Caliboro 2006 - 90 points, Wine Enthusiast/ The palate is tight, acidic and fresh, with an Old World mouthfeel and flavors of dried berry, earth, tobacco and spice. Snappy and crisp on the finish, with a final wave of propelling acidity.
Erasmo, Reserva de Caliboro 2010 - 93 Pts - James Suckling/ Best wine ever from here after 10 years. Full body, velvety tannins and a rich yet refined finish. Such balance and beauty. Wet earth, berry and cedar too. Certified organic. Natural yeast fermentations. Cabernet franc, merlot, cabernet sauvignon and a little syrah.
Reserva de Caliboro 2009 - 88 points, Wine Enthusiast/ This is an earthy, somewhat flat wine with herbal berry aromas that fall away in quiet form. A full, grabby palate brings berry, raisin and tobacco flavors, all supported by a modest beam of acidity. A finish of earth, tobacco and mulchy flavors announce that 2009 was indeed a hot vintage in Chile.
/ Ambitious but exciting debut vintage; a bordeaux blend made by an Italian
Reserva de Caliboro 2006 - 87 points, International Wine Cellar/ Bright ruby. High-toned aromas of redcurrant and cherry, with a spicy note in the background. Lively but showing some volatility, accented by spicy red fruit flavors and a hint of candied licorice. Finishes on a note of bitter cherry and with gentle tannic grip. On the rustic side but there's good depth of fruit here.
Reserva de Caliboro 2006 - 88 Points, Wine Spectator / Slightly rustic in feel, but shows good character, with edgy currant, blackberry and tobacco notes laced with an olive hint. Dark and loamy on the broad finish.
