Don't know if this is the same Bugey Cerdon that I tried, as the label is vastly different, but if it is, here's what I wrote about it: A bit unremarkable on the nose, but at first taste, it was delightfully sweet, with definite notes of raspberry/blackberry. The finish was a nice contrast - quite dry and crisp. It's simple, but pleasant and very palatable.

Very fruity, apple, muscat fruits. Fresh and succulent. Refreshing and very smooth finish. Juicy, loved it!

Soft red fruits, good acidity on the attack. Soft mid palette. No secondary fermentation so some residual sugar, not too sweet though.

Drunk as part of a 12 course tasting menu at WD50. Paired with chocolate genache, avocado, licorice and lime, then caraway raspberry crunch.
