Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

Classically styled, with just the right amount of sweetness, this is a wine you just can't go wrong with. Ripe apricot dominates on the nose and palate, with canned peaches and tart green apple holding up the back end. Lively acidity balances out the sweetness, creating a fun, fruity finish that isn't sticky or syrupy. Makes a fantastic gift, but pairs nicely with honey-ham or wild sole.

This is racy and brisk, its peach and orange fruit held in taut suspension by citrusy acidity. Its liveliness makes it a good match for banduacute;n thit nuandoacute;ng (Vietnamese noodles).
