Regnie Fessy 2007

Morgon is robust, firm, full bodied, well balanced and rich in alcohol and esters. This Morgon is vinified very traditionally, without filtration, in a respect of our tradition. Tasting aromas of plum, apricot and kirsch and is deep crimson in colour. An elegant wine which will charm you.
The first sensation is the mineral aspect, rock and graphite, but with very ripe fruit and spice. An extremely attractive aromatic profile and finesse temper the acidity and tannin. Velvety, elegant and floral.
Quintessential bistro beverage? Beaujolais for many. But, there is Beaujolais, and, there is cru Beaujolais. And there is the particular cru, Brouilly. Henry Fessy's ebullient Brouilly brings great joy, is a fine alternative to a Pinot Noir, and makes for a masterful match with many dishes.
