I love this wine. It's very easy to drink, and goes well with almost anything. I give this to my friends who tell me they don't like reds and they are surprised.
I wanted a wine I could drink when the summer gets warm, something light with real grape flavors. Something that's fun and makes you feel like a kid, not always an adult. Normally, I try to drink local wines that's dry and crisp but this was a great bargain. When summer comes, I have my pool and this bubbling wine that drinks like grape juice with a kick and really cheap at Trader Joe's.
Light and sparkly.
Okay but not one I'd drink again.
Since I love Chianti, Shiraz and Champagne (not all at once!) saw this and thought it would be interesting to try. Not expensive so didn't see harm in giving it a lark for family Christmas. So glad I did! Very light, neither too dry or fruity and enough sparkle to make it festive. Will have to go back for more. Tastes more expensive than it was and would go with anything from fruit & cheese to pasta or steak.
Have served this wine several times to a variety of guests at our home. Unanimous agreement that it is excellent. Another plus is it only has about 1/2 the alcohol content on most wines. Available in Cincinnati OH at the Findlay Market wine shop.
Not too sweet, not too bitter, a very enjoyable bottle
