A little minerality and lemon acidity balance the apple notes in this one.

Great value. Dark rose color, earthy with slight notes of fennel and licorice followed by tart cherries. A bit effervescent on the tip of the tongue, medium weight, balanced acidity; simple sipper great for summer.
