This has ok length finishing with vibrant minerality, and is really very well balanced. Not a show stopper but very refreshing with good texture for a relatively light weight wine. 88pts

This is the second time I am writing a review of this wine. Drinking the 2008. It's been open for about 3 days. It's still smooth and crisp. It doesn't seem to have the floral bouquet, but it's totally drinkable and totally enjoyable.
I really like this wine. It is crisp, has good acidity and a light floral flavor. A good deal at $10.

The 2001 Regaleali Bianco, a tank-fermented and aged blend of indigenous grapes, offers notes of lemon rind, orange skin, and apples. Crisp, medium-bodied, fresh, and fruity, it will provide enjoyable drinking over the next year.

I first tasted this wine almost 20 years ago, and it is still one of my all time favorites. Light and crisp, yet medium bodied, it is beautifully balanced with apricot and tropical fruit characteristics. Fantastic wine for sipping alone, or serve with grilled chicken or barbecued shrimp.
The 2007 Regaleali Bianco is a soft-textured, generous white with pretty notes of jasmine, white peaches and sweet spices. A blend of Inzolia, Catarratto and Grecanico (all indigenous varieties), it is fermented and aged in stainless steel. For many years Regaleali Bianco has been one of Italy's most consistently excellent value-priced wines. This is another beautiful effort from Tasca d'Almerita. Anticipated maturity: 2008-2010.
This winery, better known as Tasca d'Almerita, has been a consistent entry into The Wine Advocate's best buy reports for their value-priced wines form Sicily. Considering how far south they are, these wines possess remarkable freshness, as evidenced by the 2005 Bianco IGT, a blend of such indigenous grapes as Inzolia, Caterratto, and Grecanico. No malolactic is employed for this crisp, elegant white. Aromas of green apples, white peaches, and lemon zest emerge from its medium-bodied, fruity personality. With good acidity and a superb finish, this stunning 2005 will drink well for 1-2 years.
The 2009 Regaleali Bianco, a blend of Grecanico, Inzolia and Cararratto, is a delicious entry-level Sicilian white. A well-articulated bouquet melds into peaches, spices and mint in this perfumed, crisp wine. The Regaleali Bianco is a reliably fabulous value, as it is again in 2009. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2014.
