Percentage Grape: 100% Muscat de Frontignan<br/><br/>Soil: Well drained alluvial sandy soil. Karoo.<br/><br/>Growing Climate: 15 to 20 year old vines on 4-wire Perold trellising system. Drip irrigation controlled by a computer system through meters and tensiometers.<br/><br/>Type of Harvest: Hand harvested. Night harvested at optimum ripeness. Harvested at 20 degrees Balling. Yield 16 tons per hectare.<br/><br/>Vinification Method: Style: A fruity, semi-sweet Blanc de Noir. Vinification: Cold fermentation, unwooded. 30 minutes skin contact after crushing.
