Red Label Claret 2008
This wine is a dark garnet color with lovely ripe aromas of cherry, black plum and blackberry with subtle hints of dusty spice. The same aromas carry over to the palate, which leads with red fruit flavors later revealing clove and brown spices on the finish. The creamy mid-palate of this well-balanced wine makes it an appealing choice on its own or with a meal.

Bright red-ruby. Enticing aromas of redcurrant, licorice, iron, loam, tobacco and chocolate. Suave, round and nicely concentrated, with a restrained sweetness to the red fruit, herb and spice flavors. In a polite, very easy-to-drink style and not at all over the top. Finishes with a broad, spicy dusting of tannins and a suggestion of coffee liqueur.
