Red Diamond Shiraz 2004

Member Review by jleavitt:

come on........a 5 rating on a lack luster medium bodied, overly fruity wine with very little body or nose. This is a wine that you pour in a small glass and drink quickly because the first drink is going to be the best drink. I give it a 3.

The value driven wines were initially only marketed to restaurants, but were such a success, that they expanded to retail offerings in 2004. Aromas of raspberry jam, leather and pepper, mingle with a bit of floral spice on the nose. Spicy floral notes carry through the fruit-packed, medium-bodied palate, finishing with a touch of honey.
