Red Diamond Malbec Mendoza 2011
I enjoyed this silky malbec. The hints of berries was delicious and it is less oaky than others I had in an Argentinian flight.. It is well balanced and the silkiness goes well with how dry it is.Add winemaker's notes

Deep violet color..... Bold taste, rich flavor, not to dry, velvet ending. Amazing price.

External Reviews for Red Diamond Malbec Mendoza
Red Diamond sources grapes from prime vineyard locations in the Medoza region of Argentins where the high altitude and direct sunlight bring fully ripe, beautifully developed fruit. Red Diamond Malbec is a classic example of Argentina’s most popular wine. 100% Malbec and for added complexity 30% of the of the wine was aged in American oak for 6 months. In the glass this vibrant red Malbec is accented by violet hues; the nose presents aromas of ripe berries and pomegranate combined with hints of vanilla, which lead to a balanced palate accented by soft tannins and a persistent, harmonious finish. A great value.
