On the nose and palate, notes of delicate cinnamon spice and bramble mingle with the blackberry and cassis fruit. Light weight and juicy, this has approachable tannins and a clean finish.

Winemaker's Notes:

The Recanati Winery is located in the Hefer Valley in Israel, much of the fruit is from the Upper Galilees and the mountains around Jerusalem. The first vintage was 2000, all the grapes are hand harvested and the climate is similar the Loire valley in France. The Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of cherry, black raspberries, Mediterranean herbs and smoke.*Kosher*
