Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

I purchased for 13.99 at cost plus south coast because they are changing their label. It has great body and lots of fruit. It drank like a very smooth cab. It was well balanced and very enjoyable. It was packed with dark berry fruit and black currants and had a very velvety texture. it was amazing. i love it i love it.

Rating: 85/100 - As reviewed by Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine (www.cgcw.com) in the September 2010 issue. Wispy notes of dried herbs serve as accents to its rather straightforward, low-intensity fruit, and for lack of more mass and buffering extract, this bottling gradually gives ground to and is ultimately defined by coarsening acidity and mouth-drying tannin.Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine aging recommendation: Drinkable now. Further bottle aging can improve this wine.
