Celebrating over 35 years of Napa Valley winemaking tradtion, Raymond Vineyards specializes in Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc.
Big pungent nose showing off some berry aroma but a lot of oak bouquet. Velvety smooth on the tongue. It takes a few seconds to detect the fruit. So, I think this will be a great food wine (grilled blue cheese stuffed flank steak, tonight). Still a bit of drying tannin on the edges and the back of the throat. Such an easy wine to drink, but I would not encourage anyone to lay this one away for much longer.

On the palate, this big, bold, well-structured Cabernet has concentrated flavors of dark chocolate, tobacco and spice, with atoasty, long finish.
