Winemaker's Notes:

Tasting Notes: RayLen's 2004 Chardonnay is fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel. Without the influence of oak, the fruit flavor is preserved and the austerity protected to produce a pure, natural, Chablis style Chardonnay. A touch of Viognier is added to further showcase the flavors of pear and apple and cut the acidity to a crisp finish.
