A traditional Meritage, dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc with Merlot in tow. Smoothly tannic with nice toasty wood overtones, this wine proves that Bordeaux-style reds can be made in the Finger Lakes.

This shows more depth and refinement than most reds from the region, with solid red currant, damson plum and black cherry fruit flavors laid over a sleek, fine-grained structure. Offers tangy herb and mineral hints. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Drink now through 2011.

This Bordeaux blend is light on its feet, with spicy anise liquor aromas that lead into fresh strawberry and raspberry fruit in the mouth. The medium, mouthwatering finish has a dusting of powdery tannins. A good complement to roast pork. Drink now to 2011.
