Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar Review Rated 92-94 Bright ruby. Sexy, pungent aromas of cassis, blackberry and Asian spices. Deep, sweet and sappy, offering round, supple dark berry preserve flavors and good spicy snap. Impressively balanced for such a rich wine, with outstanding finishing sweetness and length.
RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
Really nice Zinfandel. The Old Vine gives off a perfectly round and balanced taste. The tannins are perfect. This is what i had read about with old vines, something that is mature and refined.
