The 2005, our fourth vintage, is dark and spicy with a nice Shiraz smokiness and hints of vanilla, black currant, eucalyptus, and chocolate that last through the long, ripe finish. This wine is round and complete with just enough tannin to successfully pair with a good, hearty meal. This is a wine I am going to enjoy drinking and sharing with friends down under and up top. - Joel Peterson
