Very intense fruity aroma. Well structured with nice full body. Had it with soup for all things and it went very well. I could see this aging well, will likely pick more of it up.
Had this wine recently at the Metropolitan Museum. Had excellent flavor strong cab but not overwhelming and was excellent without food and still went well with my lunch.
Three and a half glasses

Wine Tasting NotesThe Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is beautifully balanced with power and elegance. Fragrant cassis, black currant, cherries and spice tones dominate the complex aroma. Palate tastes of ripe cherries and vanilla from the French oak that is never cloying or heavy. The finish is bright, moderately tannic and very refined. The spice from the Cabernet Franc and the mid-body weight from the Merlot are apparent and make this wine a beautifully confluent experience. It will age nicely for ten to twelve years and will be quite enjoyable as it moves into adolescence in four to six years.
