Rashi Barolo Select 19 2000

Mevushal. Muted earthy tones on the nose. Not much fruit, though. Smooth on palate. Right now this is in an in between phase showing some signs of age, but definitely not matured yet.

Rashi is a brand of Kosher wines, with their import headquarters based out of Brooklyn, New York. The wines are produced in New York, California and Italy and represent a variety of styles, all Mevushal, from sweet Concord to sparkling in white, red and rosé. They are particularly known for their semi-sweet Moscato d’Asti.
