Rancho Zabaco Zinfandel California Dancing Bull 2005
Zesty fruit compote on the nose, more oaky on the palate versus fruit with perhaps a smoky, molasses finish. Very drinkable but not inspiring.
Unbalanced, too much alcohol. Smokey, Jammy nose with a smoother touch on the palate but almost disappears. Better when consumed with food, rather than stand alone.
A long nose of cherry with a hint of black pepper. It is smooth and well rounded. I will recommend this wine for any Cab enthusiast.
not bad for the price. A bit too sweet for me.
A very solid wine with good character and a good finish.
Three and a half glasses
