Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

One of the most unique Cabernets Iandrsquo;ve had in quite some time. Notes of dark plum and cherry fruit and a delicious, swirling scent of smoky autumn air. Imagine taking a walk through a forest at dusk in late October. The finish presents surprising cherry and plum notes that wrap around a peppery core. Powerful, intricate and delicious.

Classically-structured, with the unmistakable aromas of currants, espresso and bacon. Layered with dark fruit, this is an exceptional Cab for the price. Although drinking perfectly right now, this will certainly age nicely for the next 2–4 years. Pair with a thick t-bone steak, baked beans and some old-fashioned corn bread. Full of black cherry, currant and earthy notes on the nose. The body is very balanced, medium-weight and not overly extracted. A very pleasing blend of dark fruit and earthy, spicy notes layered around a core of oak follow through to a refreshing finish. An elegant, balanced Cabernet, perfect for every occasion ranging from appetizers to a full-bodied, rip-roaring steak.
