Ramos Pinto Collection 2005

Winemaker's Notes:

The Ramos Pinto Collection 2005 is a voluptuous wine as a hot flavoured kiss, which leaves a fruity and sexy taste in the mouth. A temptation with a distinct and spicy aroma. Produced from grapes harvested by hand, fermented at low temperature in stainless steel vats with authomatic tread, each grape variety matured separately for 16 months, being the blend and collage made in the spring.

Tasting Notes:

Brown color, clean and intense, with red highlights. Elegant and complex aroma, where there are red fruits, like berries, cherries, strawberries, joining the spices, as pepper and cloves. Round, soft and expressive, rediscover red fruit with notes of fine wood. Presence of ripe tannins and great acidity.
