Adriano Red 2004 is a blend of three traditional Portuguese red wine grapes: Touriga Francesa,Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Nacional. This varietal blend provides the wine with the structure, smoothtannins, finesse and floral notes on the nose. These grape varietals are fermented in steel vatsunder controlled temperatures and undergo malolactic fermentation. About 20% of the productionis transferred to French oak barrels and the rest remains in steel vats. After 18 months, the wineis bottled.
