Noël Ramonet professes himself to be satisfied with the 2003 vintage, calling his wines agreeable and easy to drink but not for long keeping. I agree with his candid assessment though I believe that the Clos de la Boudriotte may keep and even improve for up to a decade. These were bottled in August, 2004. (Diageo Château and Estate, New York, NY; Corney & Barrow, Farr Vintners, O.W. Loeb, La Réserve and Howard Ripley, all UK).
