Ramon Bilbao Valinas Albarino Rias Baixas 2014

External Review by We Speak Wine:

Tasting Notes: Bright yellow with pale lemon and greenish hues . Elegant mineral and delicate white pear aroma. Nice acidity on the palate with eucalyptus and ripe granny smith apples. It is very fresh and juicy with a nice and subtle complexity of white flowers aromas and some tea flavors linger out to a pretty pleasant aftertaste. Winemaking: Harvested by hand from vinyards located on the valley terraces and steep slopes of the Val do Salnes, over-looking the Atlantic ocean. Temperature-controlled maceration and vinification of free-run must impart the wine with its unique characteristics of freshness and aromic intensity. Serving & Pairing: Ideal serving temperature 8˚C to 10˚C (46-50˚F). Great with lobster salads and cheese appetizers. Alcohol: 13.5%
