Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

User Reviews for Ramey Cabernet Sauvignon Pedregal

Winemaker's Notes:

"The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Pedregal Vineyard is once again majestic. All the elements are simply in the right place. A dazzling wine, the 2010 captivates all the senses with its extraordinary nuance and polish. Dark red berries, crushed flowers, licorice and a hint of French oak are some of the notes that take shape in the glass, but like so many wines in this vintage, the Pedregal is mostly about textural elegance and brilliance, two qualities that come through in spades. This is a drop-dead gorgeous wine from David Ramey. Readers will need to be patient, but those who can wait will be treated to an extraordinary wine. Anticipated maturity: 2020-2030...97" WA 4/13
