Winemaker's Notes:

This rich and deep coloured Shiraz reveals a lot of white pepper, cooked tomatoes and coriander seeds. A surprise of maple syryp and a hint of papaya! The palate has a great structure and approachable tannins. Will benefit from ageing of five to eight years. Veritas gold medal winner in 2005 & 2006.
