A great example of a Spanish Tempranillo with intense aromas of ripe dark berry fruit and raisins with spiced and smoky aromas reminiscent of oak ageing. Good silky tannins makes this the perfect wine for red meat and wild game. A pleasure to drink especially at such a reasonable price.

    Raimat produces wines that are an amalgam of classic Spanish style and contemporary expressiveness realized through constant innovation and a non-interventionist spirit. The wines show delineated varietal character with a clear, articulated terroir stamp, with the lightest influence possible imposed in the cellar. The red wines are vinified to yield ripe, supple yet firmly structured results, and a wide spectrum of oak barrels of different provenances allow subtle flavor orchestration in the finished wines. The style is concentrated yet balanced and elegant with refined texture and complex, integrated aromas.
