Just the right level of sweetness and crispness. Good body and balance. Went great with a spicy chicken soup. My guess it will go well with Thai or other spicy food. Perfect for a warm summer day

    Just paired this Riesling with Thai food - sweet, balanced and crisp - what an experience this was. The natural acidity of this Riesling would prevent me from making this my personal quaffing wine, but I dig it with this spicey Thai curry...
