Radio-Coteau Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast la Neblina Hospices of Sonoma 2006

External Review by Prestige Wine & Spirits:

Medium red. Explosively perfumed, offering a sexy array of dark berry, spice and floral scents, along with smoky minerality. Round and juicy, with deep black raspberry and blueberry flavors complemented by cinnamon and anise. Really stains the palate, finishing with gentle grip and a whiplash of dark berries.

Supple and harmonious, with smooth-textured cola, wild berry, spice and floral scents that are fresh and vibrant, ending with a nice minerality. Drink now through 2011.

The 2006 Pinot Noir La Neblina has more earth and forest floor notes, some ruggedly constructed Pommard-like red fruits backed up by serious muscle, depth, and power. If the 2007 is pure charm and elegance with concentration, the 2006 is its more burly sibling.

Aromas of mineral and pebble join ripe raspberry and red currant fruit. Intense and focused, with a beam of vibrant blueberry flavors. Ends with a nice touch of fresh earth and a delicate aftertaste. Drink now through 2011.

The 2005 Pinot Noir La Neblina exhibits a medium ruby hue, more stuffing than the 2004, and sweet red and black fruits intermixed with notes of crushed rocks, pomegranates, and apple skins. Spicy, rich, and velvety textured, it is ideal for drinking over the next 4-5 years.

The 2006 Pinot Noir La Neblina displays plenty of pomegranate and black cherry fruit intermixed with earth, spice, roasted herbs, and a subtle oakiness. The wine is medium-bodied and should drink nicely for 3-4 years. Robert Parker. A Pinot Noir wine from California in USA. 2006 Radio-Coteau Pinot Noir la Neblina 750ml
