92 points Josh Raynolds (International Wine Cellar): Medium ruby. Sexy, expressive aromas of dark berries, licorice, sassafras and smoky minerals. Juicy and tightly wound, even youthfully tangy, with a pliant structure and a restrained sweetness to the flavors of black raspberry, cherry preserves, minerals, rose and licorice pastille. Becomes spicier toward the back, finishing with silky tannins and impressive purity. This wine's lively fruit makes it enjoyable now. (May/Jun 2010)

Neblina is the name of the cuvee and is not a single vineyard wine. A more assertive style of Pinot seasoned with 40% new oak, though undergoing little else in its élévage. Demonstrating a touch of rough tannins, this wine can be cellared for 5-8 yrs. Pairs well today with roast lamb and pork tenderloin.
