An absolute cracker wine with all the hallmarks of a great Eden Valley Riesling, Lime and Citrus blossom on the nose and palate with a perfectly balanced acid. An exceptional palate length and weight given by the old vines. It is intense and mineral, with the zingy Riesling buzz that is so characteristic of the great wines of this varietal, from Northern Europe or from Australia. It will last for years and years, and go through various stages and flavor spectra.
