Winemaker's Notes:

Tasting Notes: Dark red, a nose with blends of cinnamon and vanilla and fruity well in harmony. In mouth sweet and corpulent with powerful and matured tannins, well balanced. Percentage Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon 55%, Merlot 30%, Garnacha del Pais 10%, Syrah 5% Growing Climate: 500l/m2 of rain split between winter, spring and autumn. Temperatures were quite mild during winter and spring and very high during summer especially in July and August. Date of Harvest: Early to end October Vinification Length: Aged for 12 months in French and American Oak barrels (1 and 2 years old). Vinification Method: Fermented at controlled temperature Vinification Temperature: 25°C - 28°C Type of Wood: American French oak Alcohol Percentage: 14.5 % PH: 3.2 Aging Time: 1 year Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l Total Acidity: 5.5 gr/l
