Raats Chenin Blanc Old Vine 2009

Winemaker's Notes:

An unadorned crisp style with orange blossom honeysuckle and chamomile flower notes buttressed by bracing acidity. Nice hint of candied lemon peel on the finish. Drink now. 800 cases imported. 89 pts Wine Spectator

The steeliness is begging for a pairing with oysters! Slight nutty, honey tones. I like the acidity here.
