This Cabernet Sauvignon opens with earthy aromas of mushroom and the damp forest floor, combined with notes of dark, ripe fruit. Flavors of coffee and tobacco mingle on your palate with the taste of cocoa powder, white pepper, and a berry-reduction sauce suitable atop pork tenderloin. This medium-bodied Cabernet has good acidity, and balanced tannins.

Aromas of plum, rhubarb, cassis, pepper and smoke with a hint of vanilla. A red fruit-based Cabernet with flavors of cherry, raspberry, rhubarb and red plum with touches of spicy white pepper, vanilla and cocoa on the finish. Beautifully balanced rich fruit flavors, integrated tannins and a smooth texture.
Red fruits of raspberry and bing cherry come forward on the nose, followed by aromas of anise, exotic spices of cardamom, and plum pudding. Very soft and supple on the mouth, with ripe, juicy tannins. Strawberry notes are vivid on the palate, and are intermingled with hints of cedar and a subtle tobacco finish.
