Qupé Chardonnay Santa Maria Valley Block Eleven Bien Nacido Reserve 2007

Member Review by dynowine:

Interesting chardonnay with a hint in both the nose and mouth of burnt minerals and wood. Acid seems to interfere a bit with the flavors. Hint of vanilla in the nose. Mild taste of pear, sour apple, citrus, and the burnt mineral or wood taste. Finish moves from sour citrus to tropical fruit and orange and finally fades to a mineral note.
