Wine Advocate ReviewRated 92The 2003 Quorum is one of the best wines of the series. It displays a superb, rich nose and layers of super-ripe dark fruit, cocoa, mineral, and toasted oak flavors with excellent persistence on the palate, managing to be opulent, yet well-balanced at the same time. Drink now-2013.Wine Tasting NotesThe 2001 Quorum has an incredibly dense prune bouquet, with hints of herb and dark berry fruit. The wine is full-bodied, with notes of tobacco, liquorice, and black cherries. The finish is well structured and lush. There is a rich acidity, characteristic of Barbera wine, but the acid is balanced by the elegant, soft tannins. Excellent aging potential.
