What to Expect

Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshingly crisp white wine that offers citrus and tropical fruit flavors with very aromatic notes of green chilies, grass, herbs, asparagus and gooseberries commonly contributing to the bouquet. Sauvignon Blanc is generally unaoked allowing the fruit to shine and highlighting the delicacy of the grape.

Rather subdued on the nose with a smoky, stemmy quality and an earthy core to the waxy fruit that hints at melon and white cherry. There’s also a touch of a roast meat quality to the nose. Chunky fruit in the mouth with decent acidity but this feels a bit clumsy though there are nice hints of kiwi and apricot on the palate that lead to a bright, light finish that is marred a bit by the relatively high alcohol. 88pts

Refreshing and light with a distinct grapefruit taste throughout. Tend to be finicky about whites, but I like this one!

A beautifully aromatic Sauvignon Blanc that shows aromas of grapefruit and key limes. This is a refreshing white wine with a very dry finish.
