Quiviras traditional Sauvignon Blanc style showcases perfectly ripe fruit with characteristic melon, citrus and fig flavors, subtly enhanced and integrated with French oak. Estate grapes, grown in gravelly soils along the banks of Dry Creek, are the source of Quivira Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is partially fermented, then aged three months in French oak barrels. A blending component of 18% estate grown Semillon contributes added dimension and fullness.
