From vines planted in 1994, this is the first vintage Vallado felt was good enough to bottle as a single varietal wine. The wine spends 20 months in oak, 60% one year old French barriques and 40% new. With grippy tannins and cedar-y oak notes, here is an ideal wine for steak.
