Quinta Do Infantado Port Blend Porto Late Bottled Vintage 2007

External Review by Prestige Wine & Spirits:

Dense and complex, with baker's chocolate, cassis, blueberry, and mineral, backed by earthy nuances of leather, and saddle soap. Absolutely delicious, with wonderful extraction and length.

Features aromas of licorice and raisin, with dark fruit. Medium-bodied and medium sweet, offering slightly drying tannins. This is fruity and pleasant. Give it a little more bottle age.

Wine Tasting NotesThe vintage Ports of Quinta do Infantado are singularly distinctive in their meio-seco (medium-dry) style. The Roseira family is very careful when declaring a vintage year and will not do so if there is the least doubt about the concentration and quality of the vintage. The 2000 is a terrific Vintage Port for consuming over the next ten years. It has good concentration and depth, but, more importantly, excellent structure and balance.
