Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

User Reviews for Queen Esther Pinot Noir

Winemaker's Notes:

Following the international trend to drink "young reds", Hafner has bottled two of their 2011 vintages already in Feb. 2012. Kosher for Passover, mevushal Alcohol: 12 % Vol. Sugars: 2,3 g/l Acidity: 5,1 g/l Young red, even a great recommendation to be served with fish; but of course ideally served with meat, pasta and cheeses
