Tasting Notes:

This delicate red wine is made to be consumed young with a slight chill or coolness. The 2008 vintage shows a light burgundy hue with just a touch of copper notes. The fresh palate is balanced between acids and smooth tannins with notes of strawberry, watermelon and light raspberry characters. A very interesting nose exhibits a bit of crushed limestone to go along with the light berry flavors and some herbaceous floral aromas. The wine finishes clean and with just enough acid to make you keep reaching for your glass!
