Winemaker Tasting Notes: To preserve more fruit and retain more acidity only 50% of this wine was allowed to finish ML. But, even with the change, those of you that loved earlier vintages will not be disspointed with the end result. This is a super blend of rich fullness and wonderful aromas. Our non-traditional Viognier has a touch of oak to go along with its delightful floral fragrance. Food Pairings: Being a bit more complex and spicier than Chardonnay, it can be enjoyed with lightly spiced Pacific Rim dishes, Mexican food, and is great with shellfish of any kind.
