Quail Creek Shiraz 2011

Member Review by Tom Wandeloski:

This 2011 Syrah from Napa Valley is okay. Ruby color with a little rim variation. Fruit notes of blackberries, raspberries, and black cherries with a hint of pepper. It has a mid-finish on the palette with low acidity. An okay everyday table red wine. Best served chilled to 60 degrees, and served with a grilled pork chop dish.
