How many ways to say, "I love thee!" Pansy, rose, plum and lychee. Lingering, sweet finish. It's my favourite dessert wine. Have it with Vanilla icecream, fresh berries and dark chocolate... or nothing at all. Drink chilled.

a nicely sweet but not too sweet muscat that reminds me of Welch's grape juice. Potpourri and other floral notes on the nose, soft mouthfeel but drops off in the end
Garnet-cherry colour with medium intensity. Red tree fruit, specially ripe cherry and plum on the nose. A well balanced dessert wine with sufficient acidity to balance the sugar. Luscious red fruit on the palate and a lingering finish.
Lovely dessert wine: rose and lychee on the nose and palate. Lingering, sweet finish. Pairs well with dessert cheeses but I prefer sipping Black Muscat alone or pairing with a fine dark chocolate.

"Elysium" in Greek mythology is the afterlife of perfect bliss, and it's not hard to imagine this as the house pour. It is sweet - but not shockingly so - with blackberry, orange, vanilla and chocolate flavors, and a richly smooth mouthfeel. If you're treating yourself to something chocolaty, especially if it has oranges or strawberries, this will be a seductive companion.
Delicious with dessert or as dessert. This wine will keep for a few weeks refrigerated.
Dark red in color and crisp in citrusy acidity, this dessert wine has very sweet flavors of black cherry marmalade, Dr. Pepper cola, milk chocolate, tangerine and savory spices. You can drink it at room temperature or with a chill.
Sweet and spicy, with modest cherry and strawberry flavors accented by a twist of lime. Some may find this quite appealing, while others may dismiss it as simple Drink now.

A beautiful dessert wine that should influence consumers to rediscover the category. Almost as dark as a red wine, it's soft in texture and extraordinarily sweet, with intense essence of tangerine and raspberry flavors. Hard to exaggerate the deliciousness factor. Good value in a full 750-milliliter bottle.

Andrew Quady's change of career from making fireworks to making wine produced an explosion of its own kind when he created Essensia from the Orange Muscat grape (named because the grapes have an aroma reminiscent of orange blossom). It was an instant success at tastings and wine shows and until 1985 he could not make enough to satisfy demand. Following the success of Essensia, Andy's next creation was Elysium from the Black Muscat grape, which is magenta in colour, with a haunting flower-like aroma. Quady is the foremost USA winery specialising entirely in dessert wines and continues to win medals worldwide.
