Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

This has to be the best red wine I have ever had. I am a chardonney kind of chick, so when a friend asked me to try this I was skeptical. It had a rich bold flavor and lots of currant blend taste.

The Garden Series is a collection of six wines from the finest Shiraz producing regions in Australia. The company's motto is "Quality without compromise" - top-shelf specimen of Aussie shiraz.

Winemaker's Notes:

Exhibiting lush, berry-fruit flavours and ripe tannins. A very attractive wine that clearly demonstrates why Langhorne Creek is one of Australia's great wine regions. Full-bodied style with mouth-coating tannins backed by powerful red fruits and a cedar vanilla spice; a lingering finish.
